JSCB “SLAVIA” recruits personnel
JSCB “SLAVIA” carries out set of measures to increase a quality of services, diversify fields of rendered services and widen client’s base. The effect of such a work is necessity for the Bank to attract additional personnel that able to make contributions to achieve the strategic targets.
Currently the Bank recruits personnel for the following positions, managers and specialists:. Head of Treasure BACK –office, deputy head of the Financial Monitoring Services, Leading specialist of the Operational Department, Leading specialist of the Department of Risk-management, Leading specialist of the Internal control Services.
It should be explicitly mentioned that during 5 months of the 2009 the number of the employees of the Bank increased for 3.7% and as of May 31, 2009 the total number of employees is 193.
At the meantime the JSCB “SLAVIA” invests into professional development and education of the personnel. During the mentioned period some employees have participated in seminars and trainings conducted by the specialized institutions.
The above mentioned activities are curried out within the framework of the development strategy and business-plan of the Bank for 2009.
